New chapters, new eyes, new life...

It is strange when you start a new chapter how fast the old pages begin to disappear. It isn't like they are gone but they fade into a light watermark on my memory. Sometimes I think about how did metaphors ever start. Was it two people communicating and one person didn't understand so the other tried to relate it to another thing to get the point across. If so, how did it evolve to what it is now, an art form. Random thoughts I have. But as I press on into what I searching for or the freeing of myself I find that there is only one thing that is constant. That is our breath. Really! Not to sound all spiritual, but it is true. It only takes a breath to change things. It is giving that breath the power to do so and then the discipline to keep up with it. Life isn't simple but it is at the same time. I know that sounds crazy, but it true. It is all a matter of perspective. So, How do you choose to view life?

Roosevelt"yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift. It is called present. Within the space in time that is your present is all the wisdom you will ever need to live a happy and healthy life. Looking ahead is predicting and a crap shoot. Live the moment. Reach out of yourself to help someone who just doesn't "get it". I love you and today is perfect knowing you the the whole family are alive and well.

That's all, folks.
