All is Art

This is true. All of life is art. The creation of our breathe, the movement of our bodies, the language we speak, the way we dress. It is all art. One art form that has effected me greatly on my journey is the art of tea. I am glad that I found Goldfish Tea before I left.

Making tea in my travel set and creating moments for me to enjoy tea is such a changing experience. It feels as though I am creating art. I really love it. It is a time where I focus on creating something I enjoy for myself. It is almost like when I meditate, but different. Even though I feel a similar relaxation. What is so funny is that I am in a land of where coffee reigns. They look at you strange when you don’t take a coffee after eating or in the morning. I take my thermos of hot water with me and make tea on the cliffs of San Marino. There is nothing like your own tea party with the vistas all around you. It is so spectacular. I can’t wait to share it. Mary will be the first. I know that she will fully appreciate those moments.
