While cutting some 24 month old Parmigiano-Reggiano for a late night snack my mom cut her hand. Off we went to Beaumont Hospital. Just like Michigan roads there was a detour for the emergency entrance. I was impressed with how fast she was taken in and seen. We were out of there in just under an hour.
