Guests?

In America we are not guests anywhere. We are just another table top at a restaurant being hurried out the door for the next "guest". In Europe you are a welcomed guest. Stay, eat, drink and take as long as you like. It is about you, the guest, not how many people they can get in and flush out a night. It is a shame that we Americans submit to this type of service.
