Cones or hats?

As I drive through this great state of Michigan, I am reminded of the day when I visited Amsterdam during the Euro Cup. The streets were filled with people wearing "cat in the hat" style hats that were striped orange and white. Here in Michigan the streets are filled with construction cones that are striped orange and white. I prefer to have the streets full of people in crazy hats on bikes than have construction cones and traffic.
