Apple Care to the rescue!
Recently I had an issue with my laptop. I freaked out. I had to wait 6 hours till apple care offices opened. Why I didn't use the Italian one, well it was Sunday that this happened. Which means that everything is closed, everything! But now I am back and I only lost 13 days of stuff. Which is sad, but I am getting over it. I now do a back up every other day. I am glad that I brought my external hard drive with me. It was well worth the weight. Some things aren't exactly back to normal, but I can't spend anymore time on the phone with apple care internationally. I wonder what that phone bill will be like!!!

You are reminding me I need to back-up my stuff!
I haven't backed it up in a loooong time. Pray my computer will not have an issue for a couple of days.
