This is William, my cousin, and I. It is Primo di Aprile! Which is important because every six months San Marino changes the head of state. There are actually two heads of the state, Captain Regenti. It is on the 1st of April and the 1st of October that they change. My cousin, Denise, is good friends with one of the Captain Regenti. My other cousin, William, is also part of one of the military sections and participates in the events that is why he is in dress uniform.
