Today it is fried calamari for lunch. There is nothing like fried calamari from the market in Borgo! It is the best I have ever had. I have dreamt of this calamari when I was in America. In San Marino there are markets almost everyday somewhere within the city. But out of all the markets the best one, in my opinion, is the market in Borgo Maggiore.
