Parco Verde
There is a park that I just found called Parco Verde (Green Park). Which is a short run from my apartment. This park is so amazing. They have a vita course (workout course), an art trail (sculptures), archeological sites, horse paths and interesting sites of preservation of certain plants. Also right next to the park is San Marino Adventures, which is a zipline/ropes course. I am so excited to try it! There are all sorts of animals in this park. What really interests me is the wild boars! There is a stilt thing that is about 20 feet off the ground (I'll post a pic of it soon). I want to go there one night and watch the boars forage. My friend thinks I'm crazy. When the weather gets a little warmer in the night, I am going to go there and use what the hunters use to attract the boars and photograph them. I can't wait! There are also deer, porcupines, tons of different birds, and mongoose! I hope that while I am here that I can see a mongoose in the wild. I once saw one in Hawaii, but it would be better to see one in my native country. I am having fun exploring. I love that I can go out my door and either venture into the wild mountains, old castles, meditation caves, busy city streets or markets. It is so nice. I am so grateful. To be born into this position is remarkable. I feel so special to have this life. I hope that everyone can experience this level of gratitude in their lives. I wish I could provide it for everyone, but I can only take care of myself. For the first time in my life I am putting myself first. Which is a little uncomfortable at times but it is so rewarding to get to know yourself.
